This policy explains how and when customers can expect to receive their purchased materials or subscription access.

1. Digital Product Delivery
  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive an instant download link or email containing access to the purchased files (policies, procedures, templates, registers, or toolkits).
  • In some cases, delivery emails may take up to 24 hours depending on payment confirmation or email provider delays.
  • Customers should check their spam or promotions folder if the email is not received within that time.
2. Subscription-Based Services
  • For awareness subscriptions (flyers, videos, quizzes, and courses), delivery is managed through scheduled email campaigns or learning platform access.
  • Subscription content will be sent or made available as per the chosen plan frequency (weekly, monthly, or annually).
  • Customers will receive login details or confirmation emails once the subscription is activated.
3. LMS Courses & Access Credentials
  • For LearnDash LMS users, course access credentials will be emailed immediately after successful payment and registration.
  • Access remains valid for the duration of the subscription or as defined in the plan purchased.
