As our offerings include instantly downloadable files and online subscriptions, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products (Policies, Templates, Registers, Toolkits)

All our digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Customers are requested to review product details carefully before purchase.
In the unlikely event of duplicate payment or technical error, we will issue a full refund after verification.

2. Subscription Services (Flyers, Videos, Quizzes, LMS Courses)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for remaining days in an active period.
Access to subscription content will remain available until the cancellation becomes effective.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds (e.g., duplicate payments or technical errors) will be processed within 7–10 business days after validation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
